Note:

  • CTET/ TET conducted by state governments is mandatory for TGTs/PRTs to be appointed Regular/Contractual. Others found fit in all other respects may be appointed on an ‘Adhoc’ basis till the attainment of qualification. However, CTET/TET is not mandatory for appearing in the CSB Screening exam.
  • For TGT Applicants Higher qualifications (with 50% marks) shall be accepted provided the main subject is common.
  • The Candidates can appear for the Online Screening Test without CTET certification, However, they must clear their CTET/ TET Exam by the time of their appointment for TGT and PRT posts.

AWES Army Public School Age Limit

Candidates with and without experience can apply for the Army Public School Exam 2024. The candidates with the required minimum education qualification for the exam must fall within the Age limit for AWES Army Public School PGT TGT PRT exam bracket.

  • Fresh candidates must be below 40 years of age. However, for Delhi schools, the age limits are stricter: TGT and PRT candidates should be under 29 years, while PGT candidates should be under 36 years.
  • Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience within the last 10 years. They must be below 57 years of age, but in the case of Delhi schools, the age limit is 40 years for experienced candidates.
