• Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education/4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

• Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

OR

• Candidates who possessed “Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)” are now eligible for becoming Teachers for Classes I-V: Primary Stage. Such Candidates have to mandatory undergo a six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two years of such appointment as a primary teacher.

OR

• Post-Graduation candidate with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.

Arunachal Pradesh TET Eligibility Criteria for Paper-II

Candidates fulfilling either of the below-mentioned parameters meet Arunachal Pradesh TET eligibility criteria 2023 for Category-B (Paper II):

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- a year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

OR

• Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)/B.Ed. (Special Education).

OR

• Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure).

OR

• Any candidate having a qualified B.Ed Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in Arunachal Pradesh TET.

OR

• Post-Graduation candidate with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
