Assam SLET Syllabus 2025

The Assam State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) is a state-level exam organized by the Assam State Level Eligibility Test Commission for recruiting Assistant Professors in colleges and universities across Assam. The examination comprises two papers: Paper I and Paper II.

• Assam SLET Syllabus 2025 Paper I focuses on general topics, including research aptitude, teaching aptitude, communication skills, reading comprehension, logical reasoning, and data interpretation. It features 50 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark.

Assam SLET Exam Pattern 2025 Paper I and Paper II

Assam SLET exam pattern 2025 consists of two papers- Paper I and Paper II. The exams for these papers are scheduled in two shifts. Shift 1 is scheduled for Paper I and Shift 2 is scheduled for Paper II. Both papers consist of Objective type Questions. The Assam SLET 2025 is conducted in offline mode i.e. pen-paper-based exam.

• Paper I consists of 50 objective-type questions covering general subjects. Paper I is intended to assess and evaluate the research/teaching aptitude of the candidates. The paper is designed to test the comprehension capabilities, reasoning ability, general awareness and divergent thinking of the candidates.
• Paper II consists of 100 objective-type questions based on the subject opted by the candidates. The main objective of this paper is to test the understanding and knowledge of the candidates regarding their specific subject
