This verdict of the Central Administration Tribunal has come as a great breath of relief for the candidates who have completed their B.Ed Special and are in search of teaching jobs.
Approximately, One Lakh candidates across the nation will be benefitted from this verdict. One such candidate is Uma Rani who was disqualified by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) as a teacher (TGT Hindi). The Central Administrative Tribunal member, Justice R.N.
