The BPSC Headmaster Selection Process 2024 is a multi-stage process aimed at evaluating the applicants’s teaching aptitude, skills and suitability for the job of a Head Master in various government schools in Bihar. As per the official notification, the candidates will have to appear mainly for a written test and document verification to get selected for the post of Head Master.

BPSC Headmaster Selection Process 2024: Overview

The BPSC Head Master Recruitment 2024 is being conducted to recruit eligible candidates against the 6061 vacancies for the Head Master post for various government schools under the Bihar Government. BPSC Head Master 2024 Selection Process

There are four stages of the BPSC Head Master selection process. The candidates must go through and succeed in all the stages to achieve the appointment letter for the post of BPSC Headmaster 2024. There are four stages include- written test, merit list, document verification and merit-cum-choice.

BPSC Headmaster Written Test

The candidate will have to appear for the BPSC Head Master Recruitment Exam 2024. They will have to solve 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions in 3 hours. For each correct answer, they will receive 1 mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. There will be 100 questions on General Studies and 50 questions will be on B.Ed Course. The candidates will be given an OMR sheet where they have to mark the correct answers for each question.

BPSC Head Master Merit List

On the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the BPSC Head Master Recruitment Exam 2024, a merit list will be prepared. Candidates belonging to the General Category must score at least 40%. Similarly, 36.5% marks for OBC candidates, 34% marks for SC/ST candidates and 32% marks for female and Physically Handicapped candidates has been prescribed as the cut-off marks. The candidates will have to score the minimum percentage prescribed for the respective categories.

BPSC Head Master Document Verification

The next step will be document verification. The BPSC authority will scrutinize the documents submitted by the candidates. They will check the validity and authenticity of the documents the candidates have submitted at the time of the application submission. After the verification is complete, a final merit list will be published.

BPSC Head Master Merit-Cum-Choice Posting
