 The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the provisional answer key for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024. Candidates can access the CUET UG answer key 2024 on exams.nta.ac.in. The NTA has also opened the object window to the provisional Answer key for these students who are not satisfied with it. The facility to raise an objection to the Provisional Answer Key is going to close Today July 9, 2024 (Up to 05:00 PM). Students who want to raise an object to the answer key are recommended to submit their objection along with proper documentation and Fee as soon as possible.

CUET Answer Key 2024

This year, the NTA administered the CUET 2024 exam in hybrid mode from May 15 to 24, and again on May 29 in 379 exam centers, including 26 outside of India. This year, 14,90,293 students applied for the CUET, with 6,60,311 female applicants. Out of 9,68,201 candidates sat the UG admission exam. Furthermore, this was the first time that NTA was administered in a hybrid format (CBT and pen and paper). The provisional answer key for both offline and online modes has been released.

To assist candidates, a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet will be emailed to the address they provided during the submission of their CUET UG 2024 Online Application Form.

Raise Objection for CUET UG 2024 Answer Key

CUET Answer Key 2024 contains the correct answers to all of the questions asked of candidates in the CUET Exam 2024. Steps to Raise Objections Against the CUET UG Answer Key 2024 (Online)

If applicants uncover any inconsistencies, they must follow the methods outlined below to challenge the CUET 2024 answer key for the paper held in CBT Mode

1.  Please go to the websitehttps://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/
2. Login with your Application Number, Password, or Login with Application Number and Date of Birth enter the Security PIN as displayed, and click on the Login Button.
3. Click the ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’ button.
4. The Option(s) next to the Question ID under the column ‘Correct Option(s)’ stands for the most appropriate Answer Key to be used by NTA.
5. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Options given in the next five columns by clicking the check box
6. You may want to upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose File’ and upload (all documents are to be put in a single PDF file).
7. After clicking on your desired Option(s) ID for Challenge scroll down click on‘Submit and Review Claims’ and move to the next screen. You must ensure to select all the required options(s) before moving further.
8. You will see a display of all the Question IDs and Option(s) you have challenged. You may still modify your selection by clicking on ‘Modify Claim’. Once you have selected all the Option(s) ID for Challenge you can click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’.
9. Click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’ to select payment options. No modification will be allowed after payment.
10. Select Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/NetBanking.

1. Please go to the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/
2. Click ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge (s)’
3. Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth, enter the Security PIN as displayed, and SUBMIT.
4. You will see your subject(s) displayed on the right side of the screen.
5. You will be able to view your OMR Answer Sheet upon clicking on the ‘view’ icon mentioned with the subject.
6. If you want to challenge any question of that subject, you need to click on the ‘Challenge Answer Key (OMR)’ where you will see the Question Numbers of the Subject for which you want to challenge the Answer Key.
7. The number next to the Question underthe column ‘Correct Option/Answer’stands for the most appropriate Answer Key decided by the NTA.
8. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Options given in the next four columns by clicking the check box.
9. You may want to upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘ChooseFile’ and upload (all documents to be put in a single PDF file).
10. After clicking your desired option, for YOUR SUBJECT(S) for CUET (UG) – 2024, ‘Save your Claim’ and move to the next screen.

CUET Answer Key Challenge Fee 2024

Candidates are being given an opportunity to make an online challenge against the provisional Answer Key by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- per answer challenged, within  a specified period . Candidates can also submit representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- per question challenged.

The payment of the processing fee may be made through a debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking up to 09 July 2024 (up to 06:00 P.M.). No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee.

CUET OMR Sheet 2024

Along with the Answer keys, NTA will provide the Recorded CUET UG 2024 Responses Sheet of individual students via candidates’s dashboards. CUET UG response sheets are copies of the students’ OMR sheets and answer sheets from the day of the exam. Students can use the response sheets to cross-check the tentative answer key that has been issued and estimate the marks scored based on the marking system.

7. The number next to the Question under the column ‘Captured Response as per OMR Sheet’ stands for the option opted by the Candidates in the OMR Answer Sheets.
8.  Once you select any Question for Challenge, you will see three options underthe column  ‘Candidate’s Claim’.
9. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use the Options given in the ‘Candidate’s Claim’ column.
10. After clicking your desired option, for your Subject for CUET (UG) – 2024, scroll down, ‘Submit’, and move to the next screen.
11. You will see a screen displaying your challenges.
12. Click on ‘Submit’ and Pay Fee Finally’.

How to Calculate Marks Using CUET Answer Key?

Candidates can calculate their probable CUET UG exam scores by matching their answers with the official CUET Answer Key 2024. To calculate the expected marks before the result publication, students need to know the marking scheme so that they can compute their scores based on the number of correct answers, wrong answers, and unanswered questions. The marking scheme is given below.

• Marks for correct response: +1 marks
• Marks for incorrect answer: -0.25 marks
