EMRS PGT Syllabus 2024- Salient Features

• The EMRS PGT Question Paper is divided into VI parts. The total marks devoted to Part I to IV is 10 marks each except for the Reasoning Ability Section (Part II) which is 20 marks. While Part V is 80 marks and Part VI is 20 marks.
• In total, the candidates have to answer 150 questions worth 150 marks for the EMRS PGT Exam 2024.
• The Domain Knowledge section (Part V) is divided into 3 sections. Section A is worth 70 marks, and Section B and Section C is 5 marks each.
• The Language Competency Test (Part VI) is the most crucial in the EMRS PGT Question Paper as it is of qualifying nature. In other words, candidates must score at least 40% in Part VI (which is 8 marks out of the total 20 marks dedicated to this section) to qualify in the exam. In case the candidates fail to score at least 8 marks in this section, they will be considered disqualified. The score obtained by the candidates in the other 5 sections will not count if they fail in Part VI.
• The marking scheme as per the EMRS PGT Exam Pattern 2024 is that 1 mark will be awarded to the candidates for each correct answer and 0.25 mark will be deducted for each incorrect or wrong answer.
• The negative marking is valid for all the sections of the EMRS PGT Exam 2024.
