The GSERC Juna Shikshak school allotment process for non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools is based on candidates’ preferences and a merit cum preference system, considering vacancies across various departments, mediums, subjects, and categories. Candidates who do not provide their preferences or fail to secure a school are excluded from the recruitment process. Those allotted a school must download their allotment letter from www.gserc.in and report to the assigned school with the required documents.

If unable to attend the GSERC Juna Shikshak selection process, they can authorize someone to collect the necessary documents on their behalf. Failure to join the allotted school after selection may result in a penalty of ₹5,000 per month for 40 months (₹2,00,000 total), deducted from their salary, and all terms in the recommendation letter and appointment order will be binding.
