IIM Visakhapatnam Faculty Salary 2024

The IIM Visakhapatnam Faculty salary 2024 is determined according to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines. Professors are placed at Pay Level 14A with a starting basic pay of Rs. 1,59,100 per month, while Associate Professors are at Pay Level 13A2 with a starting pay of Rs. 1,39,600 per month. Assistant Professors are categorized into Grade I and Grade II, with Grade I spanning Pay Levels 12 and 13A1, offering starting basic pays of Rs. 1,01,500 and Rs. 1,31,400 respectively, and Grade II spanning Pay Levels 10 and 11, with starting pays of Rs. 70,900 and Rs. 71,000. All positions are eligible for additional allowances as per institutional policies.
