UGC NET MBA Eligibility Criteria:

For being eligible to apply for the UGC NET exam a candidate needs to satisfy below eligibility criteria:

Masters’ degree (MBA- Master of Business Administration) with minimum 55% marks.
There is a relaxation of 5% marks for the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC (Non Creamy Layer ) candidate
The students who are pursuing MBA and are in final year can also apply for the UGC NET exam.

UGC NET Management vs UGC NET Commerce

Commerce Stream is having wider scope and has many specialized fields. The candidates having any specialized MBA or general MBA can apply for UGC NET in Management. On the other hand, candidates having M.Com (Masters in Commerce) is eligible to apply for UGC NET Commerce. To prepare for above exams, candidates should have a thorough understanding of the syllabus and must also practice solving previous year question papers and mock tests. Is MBA valid for UGC NET?
