JRF 2024 Emoluments & Other Benefits

ISRO remuneration for research positions is structured as follows: Research Associate (RA) roles are categorized into three levels with corresponding monthly salaries: RA-1 receives Rs. 58,000, RA-2 is paid Rs. 61,000, and RA-3 earns Rs. 67,000, all with additional House Rent Allowance (HRA). For ISRO Junior Research Fellows (JRF), the monthly stipend is Rs. 37,000 plus HRA for the first and second years, which increases to Rs. 42,000 plus HRA for subsequent years.
