The fifth edition of the Khelo India Youth Games 2023 has begun on 30th January 2023. It will conclude on 11th February 2023. The Khelo India Youth Games 2023 are being conducted under the Khelo India Initiative taken by the Government of India. In 2023, Madhya Pradesh is the host state with the largest contingent of athletes.
Khelo India Youth Games 2023
The event is being conducted in 11 venues spread across 8 cities in Madhya Pradesh. Over 5000 athletes have participated in the Khelo India Youth Games 2023 from 36 states and union territories. These athletes will compete with each other for 1936 medals in 27 sports. The host state, Madhya Pradesh has the biggest contingent of athletes with 474 athletes.
Khelo India Youth Games 2023 Location
The Khelo India Youth Games 2023 is being conducted in 8 cities across Madhya Pradesh. The 8 cities are Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Mandla, Balaghat, Maheswar, and New Delhi for the Track cycling event. 27 sports are being conducted daily in the 11 venues located in the 8 different cities.
