KVS New Exam Pattern
According to the KVS New Exam Pattern, the candidates will have to answer 180 questions in 180 minutes for PRT, TGT and PGT respectively. The candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer, however, no marks will be deducted for any incorrect answer.

KVS Old Exam Pattern
Here is the KVS Old Exam Pattern given in tabular format. The candidates can go through the following table to be able to compare the Old and New KVS Exam Patterns. Earlier, the candidates had to answer 150 questions in 180 minutes for PRT, TGT and PGT posts respectively. The total marks were 150 marks and there was no negative marking.

Changes in KVS New Exam Pattern

- The total number of questions has been increased from 150 questions to 180 questions in KVS New Exam Pattern.
- A new section of Subject Concerned has been introduced in KVS TGT Exam Pattern.
- The KVS Recruitment Exam 2022 will be conducted online through Computer Based Test (CBT Mode) for the first time.
- Earlier, the weightage of marks was 85:15 between the written test and the interview. However, based on the KVS New Exam Pattern, the weightage has been changed to 70:30, where 70% weightage will be of written tests. The other 30% is further divided equally between the interview session and skill test (or Demo Teaching).
KVS New Syllabus
