Manipur Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2024

It is mandatory for the candidates to adhere to the Eligibility Criteria for each teaching and non-teaching post to avoid facing disqualification or rejection during the selection process for recruitment. Eligibility Criteria for Special Graduate Teacher

• A graduate or postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks in either graduation or postgraduation (or its equivalent) from a recognized institute.
• A B.Ed. in Special Education or its equivalent from an RCI-recognized institute, along with registration with RCI.
• Desirable: At least three years of experience teaching children with visual impairments, hearing impairments, and mental retardation.

Eligibility Criteria for Hindi Graduate Teacher

• Graduate/Post Graduate with Hindi: 50% marks and B.Ed. or Hindi Shikshan Parangat.
• Graduate/Post Graduate with Hindi: 45% marks and B.Ed. or Hindi Shikshan Parangat (per NCTE 2002/2007 regulations).
• Four-year Degree: B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. in Hindi.
• Post-Graduation: 55% marks, Hindi as a subject, and a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. degree.

Eligibility Criteria for Hindi Primary Teacher

• Senior Secondary with Hindi: 50% marks and a Two-Year Diploma in Elementary Education.
• Senior Secondary: 50% marks, a Two-Year Diploma in Elementary Education, and Rashtrabhasa Kovid or equivalent.
• Senior Secondary with Hindi: 45% marks and a Two-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE 2002 regulations).
• Senior Secondary with Hindi: 50% marks and a Four-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary with Hindi: 50% marks and a Two-Year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

And:

• Passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET I) conducted by the appropriate government as per NCTE guidelines.
