Here the panellist tries to decipher your teaching style. Teaching style reflects upon your approach towards teaching a student. They will try to fathom if a student’s success and understanding are a bigger priority for you than your professional achievements.
Q: Walk me through a typical lesson.
The answer to this question will reflect upon your way to prepare yourself to teach a lesson to your students. You need to explain your process of getting ready for a class. The panellists will check if you are only focusing on the accuracy of the lesson without ensuring it’s engaging enough to hold on to the concentration of the students.
Q: How can you help our school/students?
Here the panellist is trying to comprehend your knowledge about the school and its motto. You need to research the NVS School and how they are known to impart knowledge and education to the students.
