The following depicts and explains the exam pattern for the Post Graduate Teacher post under the NVS Recruitment Exam structure. It is essential for the candidates to understand the exam pattern for a better understanding of a number of questions in each section. The test consists of six parts: General Awareness (10 questions, 10 marks), Reasoning Ability (20 questions, 20 marks), Knowledge of ICT (10 questions, 10 marks), Teaching Aptitude (10 questions, 10 marks), Subject Concerned and its Pedagogy (80 questions, 80 marks), and Language Competency Test (20 questions, 20 marks). In total, there are 150 questions worth 150 marks, to be completed within 3 hours.

The test for Trained Graduates Teachers under NVS comprises six sections: General Awareness (10 questions, 10 marks), Reasoning Ability (10 questions, 10 marks), Knowledge of ICT (10 questions, 10 marks), Teaching Aptitude (10 questions, 10 marks), Subject Concerned and its Pedagogy (80 questions, 80 marks), and Language Competency Test (General English -10, General Hindi -10, Regional Language- 10, totaling 30 questions and 30 marks). In total, there are 150 questions, amounting to 150 marks, to be completed within a 3-hour duration, with no individual time limit for each section.
