Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has announced the release of revised recruitment rules for 6980 vacancies in teaching and non-teaching positions. The NVS New recruitment rules will be applicable for 12 posts under the JNV cadre and 11 posts under the Hqrs./RO cadre. As NVS has released revised recruitment rules, the candidate has started waiting for the upcoming vacancy.

NVS has released Revised Recruitment Rules for Higher Posts i.e. Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Commissioner. The selection process for these posts will be monitored, administered and confirmed by NVS. The senior Selection Board will make a committee for recruiting NVS Higher Post. NVS has released revised recruitment rules for 12 JNV Cadre Post i.e. PGT- Computer Science, Physical Education, MIL, TGT – Computer Science, Arts, Physical Education, Music, Staff Nurse, Office Superintendent, Catering Supervisor, Electrical cum Plumber and Mess Helper. As per new rules, NVS has changed TGT designations i.e. TGT Computer Science has been separated from PGT, PET, and Music teacher will be referred to as TGT. For 11 posts under the Hqrs./RO cadre, NVS has released recruitment rules for all non-teaching posts.
