Punjab Master Cadre Salary

The candidates who will successfully clear the Punjab Master Cadre Recruitment exam 2022 will be appointed as teachers in government schools in Punjab. The main objective of the exam is to test the eligibility of the aspiring candidates who wish to become government teachers in the schools of Punjab. The candidates will have to appear for a written test followed by an interview and document verification. Once they have successfully cleared all these stages of the recruitment process, they will be appointed as teachers in government schools in Punjab. They will have to serve a mandatory 2 years of probation period. At the end of the probation period, the performance will be assessed and after satisfactory results are derived through the assessment, they will be appointed as permanent teachers.

The candidates who will be selected as Punjab Master Cadre will have to serve a probation period of 2 years. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidates will be subjected to an assessment process. After clearing the assessment process satisfactorily they will be appointed as permanent teachers. The teachers recruited under the Punjab Master Cadre are will become eligible to receive all the allowances and other benefits related to the post once they attain the status of a permanent teacher.

The Punjab Master Cadre salary has been revised and now they will receive a salary based on the 7th Central Pay Commission. The teaching candidates will receive Rs. 35400 as salary in hand. This revised salary structure is applicable to the newly appointed teacher only. The teachers appointed in earlier recruitment processes will not be eligible to receive this revised salary. Punjab Master Cadre Salary: Allowances

The Punjab Master Cadre Teachers who are appointed in Punjab Government Schools will receive all the allowances and benefits as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.
