Rajasthan PTET Counselling 2025: Overview

Candidates who passed the PTET 2025 exam for the two-year B.Ed. or four-year Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) courses are eligible to take part in the counselling process. Rajasthan PTET Counselling 2025 Process

Once the Rajasthan PTET Exam 2025 result is released, the selected candidates have to fill up counselling sessions for choosing a college with the registration fee of Rs. 5000 through online mode on the official website. The Counselling session has been conducted online.

The counselling dates for the 4-Year Integrated BA.B.Ed/B.Sc.B.Ed and 2 yr B.Ed online Counselling session will be updated on the official website of the Rajasthan PTET. The details of the counselling session of the PTET Exam has been given below :

• The main objective of the online counselling session is the allotment of the college/institute to the candidates.
• The candidates who do not attend the counselling session or refuse to accept the allotted college/institution will lose their PTET merit position and the chance to get admission to the course.
• The seat allotment will be based on candidate merit, faculty, teaching subjects and choice of college/institute filled in their registration form for online counselling.
• The candidates will not be allotted their college/institutes based on their location, hometown, or any other ground except the provisions mentioned in the rules.

Step to Apply For PTET Counselling Process 2025

The candidates will have to register for the online counselling session. In the following section, the candidates will find detailed instructions for the registration process for the online counselling session. The candidates will have to pay a Rajasthan PTET counselling fee of Rs. 5000/-. This registration fee will be adjusted in the overall fees, in case the candidates get through the counselling session and join the allotted college/institute.

• Candidates must fill out the Counseling registration form by accessing the official website and selecting the course applied for.
• They need to deposit the registration fee in the bank to get the challan.
• To fill out the registration form, the applicants will have to give their basic details such as name, mother’s name, roll number, DOB, and counselling id.
• Applicants need to give their preferences for the colleges to which they want to take the admission.
• Once they have entered all the required details, they can submit the registration form.

After Seat Allotment

• Check Allotment: Login to the counselling portal and check your allotted seat.
• Acceptance and Fee Payment: If you’re satisfied with the allotted seat, you must accept it online and pay the admission fee (around ₹22000) within the stipulated timeframe. This confirms your acceptance of the seat.
• Reporting to College: Upon successful fee payment, download your allotment letter and report to the allotted college with the necessary documents for further admission procedures.

Important Guidelines for PTET Counselling 2025

Candidates shortlisted after the Rajasthan PTET Result 2025must now participate in the online counselling process. All candidates appearing for this round should review the important guidelines for PTET Counselling 2025 listed below.

• College Selection: Candidates can choose from any number of available colleges without any limit. However, allotments will be based on merit, the number of available seats, category, sub-category, etc.
• Counselling Process: At the initial stages of the PTET 2025 online counselling process, candidates must enter the counselling ID provided on their mark sheet and pay a fee of Rs. 5000/- either online or through e-Mitra.
• Fee Refund Policy:
  • If a candidate does not receive a college allotment, Rs. 200/- will be deducted from the registration fee, and Rs. 4800/- will be refunded.
  • If a candidate fails to report and pay the remaining fees after college allotment, Rs. 600/- will be deducted from the fee amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Communication: Candidates must ensure their registered mobile number is active, as college allotment notifications will be sent to the mobile number provided during PTET Counselling 2025 registration.
• Admission Confirmation: To confirm admission, candidates need to upload the necessary documents to the Student Login portal and submit an admission fee of Rs. 22000/- through e-Mitra or ICICI Bank. Once the fee is paid, the concerned college will verify all documents and send the allotment. If the documents are not verified by the college, Rs. 1000/- will be deducted from the registration fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  Non-Refund Policy: Once the allotment is done and the admission fee is submitted, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
