REET Certificate Validity Extended To A Lifetime New Updates

REET Validity:  The REET Validity has been extended to a lifetime. The REET Exam had over 23rd & 24th July 2022. The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) Exam is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER). The REET Exam is conducted once a year. REET Result 2022 will be declared soon on the official website.The candidates who qualify in the REET Exam become eligible for the recruitment of teaching posts in government schools in Rajasthan.

REET Validity 2022

The REET Exam consists of two papers- Paper-I (Primary Level) and Paper-II (Upper Primary Level). The candidates who wish to teach the classes from 1-5 need to clear the REET Paper-I exam and for classes 6-8, the candidates need to clear the REET Paper-II exam. Earlier, the CM of Rajasthan announced that the REET exam date for Paper-I and Paper-II 2022 will be held on 23rd July and 24th July 2022.

Now, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced that the validity of the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) Certificate has been extended to a lifetime. This means the candidates who will appear in the REET Exam 2022 will get a REET certificate with lifetime validity. Earlier, the REET Certificate validity was three years from the date of its issuance.

The REET Certificate secured by the candidates who will qualify in the REET Exam 2022 will be a lifetime. However, for the candidates who have qualified in the REET Exam 2021, their REET certificate will be valid as per the last rule i.e. for three years only. So, the candidates who have appeared in the REET Exam 2021 can apply for the REET exam 2022 which will be conducted on 23rd July 2022 and 24th July 2022 to extend the validity of their certificate. Moreover, appearing for REET Exam 2022 will help you improve your scores in comparison to the last exam. REET Application Process 2022 will begin on 18th April 2022.

REET Eligibility Criteria 2022

This year 31500 vacancies will be released for the Level-II teaching post and 15000 for the Level-I teaching post. It is a great opportunity for eligible candidates to get recruited to their desired teaching posts by clearing the REET Exam 2022. The minimum REET eligibility criteria for Level-I Exam is 50% marks in Senior Secondary or equivalent and passed or appearing in Diploma in Elementary Education/B.El.Ed./JBT/D.El.Ed and for Level-II Exam, it is Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/B.Ed/B.El.Ed
