Rajasthan Education Minister, B D Kalla has announced that the REET Exam will be conducted every year from now like UPSC. The announcement was made during the Convention of Unemployed (Berojgaro ka Mahasammelan) on 7 June 2023. The news has come as a ray of hope for the unemployed youth of Rajasthan who has been eagerly waiting for the fair recruitment process in Rajasthan.
The Convention of Unemployed (Berojgaro ka Mahasammelan) was a unique convention where the unemployed youth of Rajasthan gathered to discussed the 10 Major points such as rising unemployment in Rajasthan, Paper Leaks, malpractices in the recruitment process and other pertinent issues. These unemployed candidates were joined by politicians representing the government and the opposition party as well.
During the Mahasammelan, RTDC Chairman, Dharmendra Rathod announced that Official Notification for more than 1 Lakh Vacancies will be released by the Government of Rajasthan. As per the announcement, 11 member delegation will meet the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot to discuss the recruitment 2023 at the earliest.
While all these promises were made, the teaching aspirants of Rajasthan were presented with the good news of the REET Exam to be conducted every year. As per the B D Kalla, REET Exam will follow the process, discipline and regularity of UPSC. In this way, the teaching vacancies will be able to fill out in a much more regular and faster way.
In the last few years, Rajasthan has seen various incidences of paper leaks, malpractices and corruption in government exams. The youths of Rajasthan are anxious about their future as these incidents lower the morale of candidates exponentially. However, with such good news, the teaching aspirants might be able to boost their morale and start their preparation for the upcoming REET and other recruitment exams in Rajasthan.
