The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has introduced the REET Normalization Process 2025 to ensure a fair evaluation of candidates appearing for the REET Level 2 Exam 2025. Since the exam was conducted in two shifts over two days, differences in the difficulty level of question papers were inevitable. The normalization process will adjust candidates’ scores based on the relative difficulty of their exam session, ensuring an equitable and unbiased REET Result 2025. This method ensures that no candidate is disadvantaged due to variations in question paper difficulty.
What is REET Normalization 2025?
The Normalization Process is a statistical method used to adjust scores across different exam shifts, ensuring fairness in evaluation. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has introduced REET Normalization 2025 to account for variations in question paper difficulty across multiple shifts of the REET Exam 2025. This process involves applying a standardized formula to calculate normalized scores, ensuring that all candidates are assessed on an equal footing. Already implemented in major government exams like CTET and SSC, normalization enhances the credibility and transparency of the result declaration.
Why is REET Normalization 2025 Required?
The REET Level 2 Exam 2025 was conducted over two days (27th and 28th February 2025) in three shifts, leading to variations in exam difficulty. Since Level 1 was conducted in a single shift, the REET Normalization 2025 process will apply only to Level 2 to ensure a fair evaluation. Similar discrepancies were observed in REET 2022, where certain shifts were more difficult than others. To eliminate bias, the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has implemented REET Normalization 2025. Candidates can check their normalized REET Result 2025 on the official BSER website using their login credentials.
