REET 2025 Exam Time
The REET 2025 Exam is scheduled for 27 February 2025 and will be conducted in two shifts, catering to two levels. REET Application Form 2024-25
The REET application Form 2024 has been made available for the applicants from 16 December 2024. Candidates are advised to submit a complete and accurately filled online application form by 15 January 2025 as it is the deadline. REET Eligibility Criteria
REET is the teaching eligibility test comprised of 2 exams i.e. Paper-1 which is conducted for the selection at the primary level i.e. class I to V and Paper 2 which is conducted for the secondary level i.e. class VI to VIII. Here we are discussing the REET Eligibility criteria for different levels separately.
Age Limit: The candidate is eligible to fill out the application at the minimum age of 21, with an age relaxation for candidates from the reserved category.
Minimum Qualifications for Becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: (Primary Stage)
- Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
- Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Minimum Qualifications for Becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
- Graduation or post-graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- the year in B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
And
- Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year B.Ed. (Special Education).
Note: Note:- Amendment by NCTE Notification No.F.No. NCTE-Reg/012/22/2019-US(Regulation)-HQ. Dated 13th November 2019 “At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B.Ed.” the following Proviso inserted-“Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not apply to those incumbents who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course before the 29th July 2011.”
REET Exam Pattern for Level-1 & 2 exam
The REET Level-1 paper is intended for candidates aspiring to teach at the primary level. It consists of 150 questions, with one mark awarded for each correct answer and no negative marking. Candidates are given 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam, which evaluates their knowledge and skills for early childhood education. This straightforward format ensures a fair assessment of their suitability for primary-level teaching roles. Rajasthan 3rd-Grade Teachers

REET 2024-25 Admit Card
The candidates can download the admit card from 19 February 2025 from the BSER official website with simple steps of filling in the required credentials. The exam date for REET 2025 is 27 February 2025. The admit card will be released separately for candidates appearing for Level-1 and Level-2.
REET 2024-25 Answer Key
REET 2025 Answer Key will be available on the official website of the Rajasthan Education Board. Candidates can download the REET answer keys and raise objections against any discrepancies found in the answers in the stipulated time period. REET 2024-25 Result
The result is expected to be out after one month of the conduction of the examination. The result will be uploaded first on the official website of RBSE and the list of selected candidates. REET is a qualifying exam and a candidate has to score at least 60% to get selected. The qualifying limit for OBC/ST/SC is a minimum of 55% marks. The qualifying candidates will be called for further procedures to get selected for the post of teacher in Rajasthan schools.
REET Cut-Off Marks
As the REET 2025 examination is out, the Supreme Court has also released an order for NCTE regarding the revised passing criteria for REET 2025. There will be a 5 to 20 percent passing percentage relaxation for candidates to qualify for REET 2025. Here are the details are given below :

In the REET Teaching Recruitment Examination, the weightage of the marks obtained in the REET exam has been increased. Previously, the weightage of the REET marks is only 70% and 30% is for the academic weightage of the candidates. Now it is converted into 90: 10.
