SCERT DELED Notification 2025 Out
The SCERT DELEd Notification 2025 has been released for candidates interested in pursuing a two-year full-time DELEd and DPSE. A total of 1040 seats are available across 9 Government DIETs for DElEd, including 20 seats each for Teaching of Urdu and Punjabi. Additionally, 1450 seats are offered for the SCERT DPSE course in 24 private recognized institutes. The medium of instruction for both courses will be English or Hindi.
SCERT DPSE Notification 2025: Overview
SCERT DELED entrance exam is conducted for admission into the DPSE and DELED course. The SCERT DELED application process will be held online, with an application fee of ₹500 for Unreserved and ₹250 for Reserved categories. Additionally, candidates will need to pay ₹3600 as part admission fees and ₹1000 for counselling participation. The exam will be conducted online (CBT), and the detailed schedule including application dates and exam date will be announced soon.

SCERT Eligibility Criertai for DELED and DPSE Courses
Candidates are highly encouraged to read through the eligibility criteria for SCERT DELED and SCERT DPSE course in details. This will help them ensure that they are eligible for the respective course. In case they fail to comply with the SCERT eligibility Crteria for DELED And DPSE then their application will be rejected and they will not get any refund of application fee as it is non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria for SCERT DElEd Admission 2025
To be eligible to apply for the SCERT DElEd program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from CBSE or any recognized board with at least 50% marks in the best five subjects, including one language. SC/ST/PwD candidates get a 5% relaxation (i.e., 45% marks).
- Age Limit: The maximum age should be 24 years as of 30th September 2025. SC/ST/PwD candidates get a 5-year age relaxation.
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be mentally and physically fit for teaching duties. A medical certificate from a registered MBBS doctor is required.
Eligibility Criteria for SCERT DPSE 2025
To be eligible to apply for the SCERT DPSE program, candidates must comply with the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (Senior Secondary) from CBSE or any recognized board. Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the best five subjects (including at least one language) are required. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, or PwD categories get a 5% relaxation, i.e., 45% marks are acceptable.
- Percentage Calculation: For CBSE, best 5 subjects will be considered. For other boards, marks of 5 best subjects (4 subjects + 1 language) needed for qualification will be considered. For Class 10 (if required), CGPA must be converted using the prescribed formula (e.g., CBSE: CGPA × 9.5), and the conversion method should be mentioned.
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be mentally and physically fit. A Medical Certificate from a registered MBBS doctor is required, stating the candidate is free from any disease or defect that may hinder teaching duties.
- Age Limit: Maximum age: 24 years as on 30th September 2025. 5 years age relaxation is provided for SC, ST, and PwD candidates with valid certificates.
Syllabus for SCERT DELED Entrance Exam 2025
The SCERT DELED Entrance Exam 2025 will be conducted in online mode (CBT) and is designed to evaluate candidates’ knowledge and aptitude for teaching as per the SCERT DELED Syllabus 2025. The question paper will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from subjects such as General Awareness, Social Science, General Science, Mathematics, General Mental Ability, and English & Hindi. The exam will assess both subject knowledge and teaching aptitude, and the detailed exam pattern and syllabus can be downloaded from the official website of SCERT Delhi.
