Tripura TET 2025 Application Fee
The application fee for the Tripura TET 2025 exam for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 is ₹300/- for Unreserved (UR) candidates and ₹200/- for SC/ST/PH candidates, applicable for each paper. Candidates are required to pay the fee during the application process based on their category.

How to fill Tripura TET Application Form?
Candidates are advised to follow these steps for applying online Tripura TET 2025 application form. Candidate can check these steps carefully and fil out their Tripura TET 2025 application form from 24 January 2025 on the official website.
- Step 1: Click on the Tripura TET Application Form link to get redirected to the official website of Tripura TET to fill out the Online Tripura TET Application Form for Tripura TET 2025 Exam. Click on Apply Online
- Step 2: If you are new user, Click on the “New User Registration” button to register yourself. Fill in your required details and click on the “Register” button.
- Step 3: Fill all the required credentials: Candidate Name, Mobile No, Email Id, DOB, Personal Details etc.
- Step 4: Now choose the Exam Centre and the medium of instruction for Tripura TET exam in which you want to attempt the paper (English/Bengali/Kokborok).
- Step 5: Enter your aadhar card number/PAN, chose your gender, category and finally select the status of Employment and also fill the status of the Qualifying Exam.
- Step 6: Now fill in your Educational Details: the most recent qualification you hold, your percentage marks etc.
- Step 7: Fill your communication address, phone number and email ID.
- Step 8: Upload your photo(JPEG format Size : 4-100kb) and signature(JPEG format Size : 1-20kb). Both the images must be jpg, png, or jpeg format and must have a white background.
- Step 9: After that, you will be directed to the payment page. The payment can be made for Tripura TET Exam through Credit Card/Debit Card/E-Challan.
- Step 10: Click on the SUBMIT button. Your Tripura TET Application Form will be successfully submitted.
Tripura TET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check out the Tripura TET 2025 Eligibility Criteria before the application process starts to get in-depth understanding of the various nuances. Candidates who are unable to meet the eligibility criteria will face rejection.
Eligibility for T-TET PAPER-I (for persons intended to be a teacher of classes I-V):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) by whatever name known.
OR
Graduation with at least 50 % marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Eligibility for T-TET PAPER-II (for persons intended to be a teacher of classes VI-VIII):
Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR

Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PH. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of Bachelor Degree in Education (B. Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed)etc., are provisionally allowed to appear in T-TET ( Paper I & II).
Tripura TET 2025 Exam Pattern
Tripura TET Exam will be held in offline mode for both papers. Candidate will be 150 questions for 150 marks and to be completed in 2:30 hr for T TET Exam. There will be no negative marking. Candidate can in detail Tripura TET Examination pattern for Paper and Paper 2.

Paper I (for Classes I to V) Primary Stage: (Duration of examination-Two-and-a-half hours)
Structure and Content (All Compulsory): Paper I of the Tripura TET 2025 is designed for candidates aspiring to teach Classes I to V at the primary stage, with a total duration of two-and-a-half hours. The paper consists of five compulsory subjects, each contributing equally to the overall score. The Child Development and Pedagogy section has 30 questions for 30 marks, followed by Language I (English) and Language II (Bengali/Kokborok), each with 30 questions and 30 marks. The Mathematics section includes 30 questions for 30 marks, and the Environmental Studies section also has 30 questions for 30 marks. In total, there are 150 questions worth 150 marks. All sections are mandatory and designed to assess the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of primary education.

Paper II (for Classes VI to VIII) Elementary Stage: (Duration of examination – Two-and-a-half hours)
Structure and Content (All Compulsory): Paper II of the Tripura TET 2025 is intended for candidates aiming to teach Classes VI to VIII at the elementary stage, with a total examination duration of two-and-a-half hours. The paper consists of five compulsory sections. The Child Development and Pedagogy section includes 30 questions worth 30 marks, followed by Language I (English) and Language II (Bengali/Kokborok), each containing 30 questions for 30 marks. The final section covers Mathematics & Science or Social Studies/Social Science, offering a choice between these two subjects, with 60 questions and 60 marks. The total for the paper is 150 questions worth 150 marks, assessing the candidate’s understanding and knowledge required for teaching at the elementary level.

Tripura TET 2025 Passing Criteria
A candidate who secures 60% (90 out of 150) or more marks will be considered to have passed. Relaxation up to 5% (83 out of 150) in qualifying marks for SC/ST/PH candidates will be allowed as per the decision of the Education (School) Department, Government of Tripura.
