UP BED 2024 Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates belonging to the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) should clear graduation or post-graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks. OR
- Candidates with a BE/B. Tech degrees having Mathematics and Science as main subjects should secure at least 55% aggregate marks.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) category should clear graduation or post-graduation from a recognized university. However, there is no criterion for minimum marks.
- Blind Candidates will get a 5 % relaxation in minimum Eligibility Criteria.
UP BEd 2024 Exam Pattern
UP Bed 2024 exam is conducted in an offline mode in two shifts, one in the morning and the second one in the evening. UP Bed 2024 exam has Both papers i.e. Paper-1 and Paper-2 consisting of 200 Objective-type Questions. Each paper is completed in 3 hours which adds up to 6 hours of total time. There are four sections divided into 2 sections for each paper.
