• The candidates have to take a printout of the PAR by clicking on the Print Payment Receipt button.

Application Form

• The candidates will have to click on the Proceed for final submission of the application form button, once the payment is done.
• You have to fill in all the required fields mentioned on the form.
• Upload the scanned copy of your Photograph and Signature.
• Once you have checked the information entered on the application form twice, click on the Submit button to submit the application form.
• Take a printout of the application form for future reference.
