The image of photographs and signatures of some candidates uploaded by them in the online application is unclear/unreadable and blank. Such candidates have to submit the following documents/evidence to the Central Superintendent of the concerned Examination Center on the scheduled date of examination 04.06.2023:-

1. Candidates have to fill out the declaration form available on the Commission’s website www.bpsc.bih.nic.in completely and paste their color photograph attested by a gazetted officer at the specified place and put their signature in Hindi and English at the specified place.
2. One of the two colored photographs attested by a gazetted officer, Candidates will paste the same in their e-admit card next to the space provided.
3. Only after matching/verifying all the above documents and photographs received from the candidate by the Center Superintendent, he will be allowed to appear in the examination at his examination center.
4. I.D. Proof such as PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter I.D. A card / Photocopy of any one of the passports, which is attested by the gazetted officer, will definitely surrender/submit it to the Center Superintendent. The original copy of the said identity card will also be kept by the candidate with him.
