Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 for Prelims
There are two sections to the Bihar Judiciary Preliminary Exam. The first exam is a multiple-choice test (MCQ) covering general knowledge and general studies. Paper 2 will consist of multiple-choice questions on legal topics and will be worth 150 total marks. The Bihar PCS J Exam will last for 210 minutes. Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 for Prelims consists of two papers:

Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 for Mains
The Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 has two sections: the compulsory and optional papers. All students must take both the English and Hindi language requirements. The minimum passing score for each paper is 33 out of a total of 100 marks. These marks will count toward the final marks and be used to determine selection. The candidate needs to take 3 of the 5 available options. There are five compulsory papers in Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 for Mains, of which Hindi & English are qualifying.

Bihar Judiciary Exam Pattern 2024 for Mains
In the Bihar Judiciary Mains Exam, there are five compulsory and three optional papers. The total points available for the written exam are 1050, distributed among answers to descriptive questions. The questions cover various topics such as general knowledge, current affairs, basic science, Hindi, English, law of evidence, and general procedure. Among the five compulsory subjects, General Hindi and General English are qualifying subjects. To qualify for the interview phase, candidates must score a combined minimum of 35% in these two exams.

The interview represents the third and final phase of the Bihar PCS J examination. During this stage, the interviewer poses a range of legal and personal inquiries.
