Imphal stealth destroyer Ship is planned to be commissioned later this year by Indian Navy.
The Imphal vessel has been designed in-house by the Navy’s Warship Design Bureau and construction by Mazagon Dock Ltd. (MDL).
Imphal stealth destroyer Ship has been built incorporating numerous specialized technologies and a significant amount of indigenous components.

Increased regional connectivity: The UDAN scheme has significantly increased regional connectivity by connecting more than 50 airports across the country.
Affordable air travel: The scheme has made air travel more affordable for common people by capping airfares at INR 2,500 per hour of flight.
Boost to tourism: The UDAN scheme has led to a boost in tourism in remote and unexplored parts of the country, which were previously inaccessible by air.
Employment generation: The scheme has created new employment opportunities in the aviation sector, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff.
Development of airport infrastructure: The UDAN scheme has encouraged the development of airport infrastructure in remote areas, which has helped in the overall development of these regions.
