Recently, the ‘Divya Kala Shakti’ Program was inaugurated at the Rudraksha Convention & Cultural Centre in Varanasi by Shri Rajesh Aggarwal, IAS, Secretary of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
Approximately 100 artists from six states, namely West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand performed in the DIVYA KALA SHAKTI 2023 program.
The Divya Kala Shakti 2023 event was witnessed by various dignitaries representing senior government officials, creative personalities, educators, principals, and various disability advocacy groups, among others.
Shri Ajay Tirkey, the Secretary of the Department of Land Resources (DoLR), under the Government of India (GoI), conducted a comprehensive review of the Implementation Support Mission for the REWARD program. The REWARD program is supported by the World Bank and aims to rejuvenate watersheds, foster agricultural resilience, and promote innovative development.
REWARD is a World Bank assisted Watershed development program which is being implemented from 2021 to 2026.
Recently, the sea phase of the second edition of the bilateral exercise ‘Al Mohed Al Hindi 23’ took place off the coast of Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Exercise ‘Al Mohed Al Hindi 23’ provides a platform for the two countries to strengthen their military ties and deepen cooperation between their navies.
The ‘Al Mohed Al Hindi 23’ exercise demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism, interoperability, and the exchange of best practices between the Indian Navy and the Royal Saudi Naval Force (RSNF). The bilateral ‘Al Mohed Al Hindi 23’ exercise achieved all of its objectives, paving the way for both navies to advance towards more sophisticated exercises in the next edition.
