The successful execution of the Reusable Launch Vehicle Autonomous Landing Mission (RLV LEX) took place at the Aeronautical Test Range (ATR) in Chitradurga, Karnataka.

  • ISRO conducted Reusable Launch Vehicle Autonomous Landing Mission (RLV LEX) test successfully with active the participation of DRDO and Indian Air Force.
  • ISRO’s recent experiment with the RLV marks the second instance of such a test, almost seven years after the successful technology demonstration of the RLV-TD (HEX) mission, which was also conducted by ISRO on May 23, 2016.

RLV LEX Significance

The RLV successfully carried out approach and landing maneuvers utilizing the Integrated Navigation, Guidance, and Control system, ultimately achieving an autonomous landing on the ATR airstrip. This accomplishment by ISRO marks the successful autonomous landing of a space vehicle.

  • ISRO’s recent completion of the Reusable Launch Vehicle Autonomous Landing Mission (RLV LEX) marks the second out of five tests aimed at developing space planes/shuttles known as RLVs.

  • Venue: 2nd G20 Employment Working Group (EWG) 2023 is being organized in the city of Guwahati, Assam from April 03 to 05, 2023.

G20 EWG 2023 Activities and Focus Areas

The three day G20 Employment Working Group (EWG) 2023 will focus on following activities-

  • On the first day of the G20 EWG meeting, various sessions will be held, each focusing on the different priority areas identified, such as those led by-
    • Education Working Group,
    • Digital Economy Working Group,
    • Finance Track,
    • G20 Entrepreneurship Research Centre, as well as
    • L20 and B20 Chairs.
  • Throughout the second day of the EWG meeting, discussions will center on the Ministerial Communique and the outcome documents, with the ultimate goal of reaching a consensus.

  • Interest rates: Mahila Samman Savings Certificates provides an appealing fixed interest rate of 7.5 percent compounded quarterly, along with flexible investment options and partial withdrawal choices, subject to a maximum limit of ₹ two lakh.
