Currently, 40 Young Professionals, and Consultants in NITI Aayog are undergoing phase-wise induction training through this curated collection of courses on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform. The 18 courses included are:

- Reform Initiatives of Govt of India (ISTM),
- Public Procurement Framework for GoI (Dept of Expenditure),

iGOT Karmayogi Platform Details
The iGOT Karmayogi Platform, available at https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/, serves as a comprehensive online portal designed to support government officials in their journey of capacity building.
- The iGOT Karmayogi platform incorporates six functional hubs, offering a wide range of resources and features such as-
- Online learning,
- Competency management,
- Career management,
- Discussions,
- Events, and
- Networking opportunities.
- Aligned with the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to create a developed and empowered India, the Mission Karmayogi, also known as the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building, plays a pivotal role in nurturing an efficient, citizen-centric, and future-ready public workforce.
- In pursuit of the mission’s fundamental objectives, Karmayogi Bharat, a not-for-profit Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) owned by the government, has been established under the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions.
- This SPV is entrusted with the responsibility of owning, managing, maintaining, and enhancing the iGOT Karmayogi Platform, which forms an integral part of the initiative.
- Through the iGOT Karmayogi Platform, government officials have access to a robust infrastructure aimed at facilitating their professional growth, fostering continuous learning, and empowering them to become effective contributors to the nation-building process.
