UPSC IAS Toppers List- On 23rd May 2023, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the results of the Civil Services Exam 2022. Ishita Kishore has secured the top position in the examination. The UPSC CSE preliminary exam was held on June 5, 2022, and the results for the preliminary examination were declared on June 22. Subsequently, the main examination took place from September 16 to 25, and the results for the main examination were announced on December 6.

UPSC CSE 2022 Toppers Final Marks

Who scored the Highest Marks in UPSC Ever?

Candidates should look over the IAS topper list with marks before starting their UPSC preparation.  Over the years, several candidates have secured top ranks in the CSE, but the candidate who scored the highest marks ever in the exam is Anudeep Durishetty. He secured the first rank in the 2017 CSE and scored a total of 1126 marks out of 2025.

Anudeep Durishetty hails from Telangana and is an engineering graduate from BITS Pilani. He cleared the CSE on his fifth attempt and attributed his success to hard work, patience, and perseverance.

UPSC Topper 2021

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2021 on September 24, 2021. A total of 685 candidates have been recommended by the UPSC for appointment to various services, including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Central Services Group A and B.

Out of the total candidates recommended, 244 are from the General category, 73 are from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 203 are from Other Backward Classes (OBC), 105 are from Scheduled Castes (SC), and 60 are from Scheduled Tribes (ST).

UPSC IAS Topper 2021 is Shruti Sharma, who scored 54.57%. She is from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from St Stephen’s College, Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, New Delhi. She cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) in her second attempt with an All India Rank (AIR) 1.
