JKPSC Exam Pattern 2025

The JKPSC exam has three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Personality Test.

• Prelims: The first stage with objective-type questions to test general knowledge and aptitude.

JKPSC KAS Prelims Exam :

The preliminary stage of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination will consist of two papers,

• General Studies-I and General Studies-II, with a total of 200 marks.
• The exam has 200 objective questions. Candidates will get 1 mark for each correct answer, while 0.33 marks will be deducted for incorrect attempts. To qualify, candidates must secure a minimum of 33% marks in Paper II.
