LLB Full Form

The full form of LLB is Legum Baccalaureus popularly known as Bachelor of Law.

LLB Course Duration

LLB Course duration can be 3 years and 5 years. The 3 year LLB course can be pursued by students having a bachelor’s degree. Students after passing class 12 and clearing the entrance exam can be admitted to 5 year Law course.

LLB Entrance Exam

There are various types of LLB entrance exams like university-level entrance exams or state-level entrance exams.

1. Common Law Admission Test or popularly known as CLAT is a national-level entrance test conducted by the Consortium of NLUs and Bar Council of India for admission to law courses such as LLB/ BBA LLB/ B.Sc LLB/ LLM. It is an offline examination for 2 hours with 120 – 150 questions.
2. Candidates need to appear for AILET to get admission in National law school, Delhi.
3. The law entrance exam, SLAT is conducted by SIU Pune – Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to undergraduate courses offered at its four law schools in Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune, SLS Hyderabad, SLS Nagpur and SLS Noida.
4. Law School Admission Test or popularly known as LSAT and is conducted for the law courses like BA LLB, BCom LLB, LLB, LLM, etc.
5. MH CET law is a state level entrance exam conducted for admission in law colleges across Maharashtra.
6. Delhi University Law Entrance Test is conducted by Delhi University for admissions to various law programmes run by the Faculty of Law Department of Delhi University
7. BLAT conducted by Banaras Hindu University is the law entrance exam for students who are seeking to pursue Law.

एलएलबी फुल फॉर्म

एलएलबी का पूर्ण रूप लेगम बैकालॉरियस है जिसे लोकप्रिय रूप से बैचलर ऑफ लॉ के रूप में जाना जाता है।

एलएलबी कोर्स की अवधि

एलएलबी कोर्स की अवधि 3 साल और 5 साल हो सकती है। स्नातक की डिग्री रखने वाले छात्र 3 साल का एलएलबी कोर्स कर सकते हैं। 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने और प्रवेश परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद छात्रों को 5 वर्षीय लॉ कोर्स में प्रवेश दिया जा सकता है।

एलएलबी प्रवेश परीक्षा

विभिन्न प्रकार की एलएलबी प्रवेश परीक्षाएं होती हैं, जैसे विश्वविद्यालय स्तर की प्रवेश परीक्षा या राज्य स्तर की प्रवेश परीक्षा।

1. कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट या लोकप्रिय रूप से सीएलएटी के रूप में जाना जाने वाला एक राष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रवेश परीक्षा है, जो एलएलबी / बीबीए एलएलबी / बी.एससी एलएलबी / एलएलएम जैसे कानून पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए एनएलयू और बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के कंसोर्टियम द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है। यह 120 – 150 प्रश्नों के साथ 2 घंटे की ऑफलाइन परीक्षा है।
2. नेशनल लॉ स्कूल, दिल्ली में प्रवेश पाने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को एआईएलईटी के लिए उपस्थित होना होगा।
3. कानून प्रवेश परीक्षा, एसएलएटी का आयोजन एसआईयू पुणे – सिम्बायोसिस इंटरनेशनल (डीम्ड यूनिवर्सिटी) द्वारा सिम्बायोसिस लॉ स्कूल (एसएलएस), पुणे, एसएलएस हैदराबाद, एसएलएस नागपुर और एसएलएस नोएडा में अपने चार लॉ स्कूलों में पेश किए जाने वाले स्नातक पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए किया जाता है।
4. लॉ स्कूल प्रवेश परीक्षा या लोकप्रिय रूप से एलएसएटी के रूप में जाना जाता है और बीए एलएलबी, बीकॉम एलएलबी, एलएलबी, एलएलएम, आदि जैसे कानून पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है।
5. एमएच सीईटी कानून एक राज्य स्तरीय प्रवेश परीक्षा है जो पूरे महाराष्ट्र के लॉ कॉलेजों में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित की जाती है।
6. दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय विधि प्रवेश परीक्षा दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के विधि विभाग के संकाय द्वारा चलाए जा रहे विभिन्न कानून कार्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित की जाती है।
7. बनारस हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित बीएलएटी उन छात्रों के लिए कानून प्रवेश परीक्षा है जो कानून का पीछा करना चाहते हैं।
