– Exception: Exceptional Law graduate with excellent academic career in a five/three-year course in Law
Continuous Practice as an Advocate – Must have continuously practiced law as an advocate for at least three years until the last date fixed for submission of the application
Academic Performance Criteria – Excellent academic career in a five/three-year course in Law
– Passed all examinations on the first attempt and in any semester/year without appearing in supplementary examinations or without ATKT (in case of candidates belonging to General Category or Other Backward Class)
– At least 70 percent marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to General Category or Other Backward Class
–  At least 50 percent marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to reserved category (Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe)

MP Judiciary Selection Process 2023

As per the Madhya Pradesh Judiciary Notification, The selection process for the MP Civil Judge Recruitment 2023 consists of three stages:

  • Preliminary Examination
  • Main Examination
  • Viva Voce

The preliminary examination that will be administered shall be in the form of an objective mode of assessment, while the main examination will take on a descriptive mode. Those candidates who succeed in the preliminary examination will be considered eligible to participate in the main examination. Subsequently, those candidates who pass the main examination will then be summoned for the viva voce.
