The following points describe the Manipur Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria for age limit.

• For General Category candidates, the maximum age limit to apply for a certain position is 35 years, calculated as of the last date of submission of the online application form.
• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, or Socially & Educationally Backward Classes as well as Disabled Persons (PH), Ex-Servicemen can apply till the age of 38 years.
• 38 Years for OBC(M)/OBC(MP)

• To be considered for the position, the applicant must have obtained a law degree from a recognized university.
• Additionally, on the deadline for application submission, the candidate must have been practicing as an advocate in courts with civil and criminal jurisdiction for a minimum of seven years, as of May 16th, 2019.
• The applicant should also possess knowledge of the Manipur State Official Language (Manipuri).
• Judicial officers who have been serving for a minimum of seven years, combining their experience as an advocate and judicial service, are eligible to apply for the position.
• However, their participation in the selection process is subject to the outcome of SLP No. 14156/2015, which is currently pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
