Mizoram Judiciary Syllabus 2024 for Interview

The Viva-Voce stage in the Mizoram Judiciary recruitment process does not adhere to a fixed syllabus. Instead, it complements the written examinations by evaluating candidates’ critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities under pressure. Candidates who pass the Mizoram Judicial Services Mains Examination proceed to this stage. The maximum score for the interview is 50 marks, and candidates must secure a minimum of 60% to pass the Mizoram Judicial Services Interview.

Candidates who achieve an overall score of 60% or higher, with at least 45% in each of Papers I, II, III, and IV, advance to the Viva-Voce round. For SC/ST candidates, if they obtain 50% or more marks individually in Papers I, II, III, and IV, they will be called for Viva-Voce, provided they achieve a minimum of 40% marks in each paper. Based on the specified criteria, the ratio of candidates called for Viva-Voce will be 1:3 (three candidates against one post). Finally, candidates will be ranked according to their merit and general suitability for the position.
