National SC ST Hub Scheme, Providing Professional Support to SC-ST Entrepreneurs
National SC ST Hub: National SC ST Hub scheme is a government initiative to provide financial assistance, capacity building, and market linkage opportunities to these enterprises. National SC ST Hub is also important for UPSC Prelims Exam 2023 and UPSC Mains Exam (GS Paper 2- Various Government Schemes and Initiatives to welfare of various vulnerable sections of the population.
Recently, in response to Union Minister Shri Narayan Rane’s tweet, the Prime Minister commended the National SC-ST Hub Scheme for surpassing over 100,000 beneficiary registrations. He further stated that by reinforcing the MSME sector, we are essentially reinforcing every stratum of the community.

National SC-ST Hub Conclave to Empower and Promote Entrepreneurs among SC, ST Communities
The National SC-ST Hub Scheme is a scheme launched by the Government of India to support entrepreneurs and enterprises belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance, capacity building, and market linkage opportunities to these enterprises.
The objective of the National SC-ST Hub Scheme is to promote entrepreneurship among SC and ST communities and to support and strengthen their existing enterprises. The scheme aims to provide a platform for these entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services and to connect them with potential buyers and investors.
Enterprises that are owned and operated by entrepreneurs belonging to the SC and ST communities are eligible to apply for the scheme. The enterprise should be registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and should have a valid Udyog Aadhaar Number (UAN).
