Paper III- Language

Paper 1 and Paper 2 are the two components that make up the Language section of the Rajasthan Judiciary test. Essay writing is required for Paper 1 in Hindi and Paper 2 in English. Each paper has a two-hour time limit and 50 marks.

Rajasthan Judiciary Interview/ Viva Voce Syllabus

The third part of the Rajasthan Civil Judge 2024 exam is the interview. To be selected for the interview, a candidate needs to achieve an overall score of between 40% and 35% in each legal paper. The score provided for the interview was 35. The Rajasthan Civil Judge Interview syllabus covers a wide range of subjects, including the applicant’s educational background, professional experience, current affairs, and general knowledge. Candidates who show fluency in the Rajasthani dialect and familiarity with Rajasthani culture will get bonus points.

The final ranking list will be calculated by averaging the primary evaluation and interview marks from the Rajasthan Civil Judge 2024 mains test. Candidates with a Master’s degree in law will be given priority, followed by those who meet the minimum age requirement and have the necessary professional experience.

Rajasthan Judiciary Exam Pattern 2024

The official notification states that the Rajasthan Civil Judge exam pattern 2024 comprises three parts:

• Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
• Written Main Examination (Subjective Type)
• Interview

Those who make it through all three rounds will be appointed as Rajasthan Civil Judges. Both Hindi and English will be available for the Rajasthan Judiciary Prelims test. The sum of the candidates’ written exam and interview marks determines the final merit list for the Rajasthan Civil Judge Exam 2024.

Rajasthan Judiciary Prelims Exam Pattern

Language proficiency will account for 30% of your Rajasthan Judiciary Preliminary Examination score, with Law Papers I and II accounting for 70% of your total score.

Rajasthan Judiciary Mains Exam Pattern

Three hundred marks are available in total for the RJS Mains Exam. The language exam carries 100 marks, while the Law I and II papers carry 200 marks. Four papers make up the main exam:

• Paper I: Law
• Paper-II: Law
• Paper III: Hindi Essay
• Paper IV: English Essay.

To graduate, a general category student needs to receive a 40% cumulative average and a 35% in each law course. Candidates in the SC/ST category must score at least 35% overall, or at least 30% on each of the three papers.

Rajasthan Judiciary Interview Exam Pattern

Examinees for the RJS Judiciary Recruitment 2024 will advance to the interview process. In each legal paper, a candidate must receive an aggregate of 40% and 35% to be considered for the interview. The score allotted for the interview is 35 marks.
