Research, Education and Training Outreach (REACHOUT) Scheme: REACHOUT Scheme is a capacity building program of the Ministry of Earth Sciences. REACHOUT Scheme is also important for UPSC Prelims Exam 2023 and UPSC Mains Exam (GS Paper 3- Science and Technology)
The Union Minister of Earth Science has informed parliament about various details of the Research, Education and Training Outreach (REACHOUT) Scheme which is an umbrella scheme for capacity building.
The REACHOUT scheme is an important initiative of the Ministry of Earth Sciences to promote research, education, and training in the field of earth sciences and to create a pool of skilled professionals in the field.
