UKPSC Mains Exam Postponed 2024
The Uttarakhand Combined State Civil Services Mains Exam 2024, scheduled from 16th to 19th November, has been postponed following a decision by the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand. UKPSC Eligibility Criteria 2024
The Uttarakhand PSC has released the UKPSC Eligibility Criteria for several positions. UKPSC Selection Process 2024
UKPSC exam is completed in three stages to select a deserving candidate for their vacancies. In the below section following steps are given. It is recommended that every interested applicant complete the UKPSC Syllabus to crack the Prelim, Mains Exam, and Interview.
- Stage 1: Preliminary Exams The initial phase of the Uttarakhand PSC exam consists of two papers: General Studies and the Aptitude Test. Successful candidates from this stage proceed to the next phase, the Mains Exam.
- Stage 2: Mains Exam In this phase, candidates take seven papers. Performance is assessed based on cutoff marks set by the board. Top achievers from this stage advance to the interview phase.
- Stage 3: Interview Candidates who clear the Mains Exam qualify for the interview, which carries a weightage of 200 marks. Selection is based on merit. Successful candidates undergo several months of training before assuming full-term employment.
- Stage 4: Document Verification This stage confirms candidates’ eligibility post-written exams and interviews. Candidates must present required documents, such as educational certificates and identity proof, on the scheduled dates.
UKPSC Salary 2024
Those who pass the UKPSC Exam in 2024 will get a basic salary of Rs. 56,100 approx UKPSC salary. They also get several additional perks and privileges while working, such as housing rent allowance, dearness allowance, medical bonus benefits, overtime allowance, and pension benefits.
