UPPSC Question Paper 2024
The Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination consists of two papers.
Paper 1 is General Studies I, and Paper 2 is CSAT. Both papers are of 200 marks each. But only Paper 1 is considered, while Paper 2 is just for qualifying. You need at least 33% in Paper 2 to pass. Paper 1 has 150 questions, and Paper 2 has 100 questions. The exam is conducted offline.

To calculate the total marks, subtract the negative marks from the total score on each paper. For example, if a candidate has 55 correct and 35 incorrect answers in Paper 1, the calculation would be:
(55 x 2 = 110) – (35 x 0.66 = 23.1) = 86.9 marks
