UPSC EPFO Vacancy 2025

The Union Public Service Commission will release the official vacancies for both EO and APFC posts in its official notification. however, there is some data regarding the EPFO vacancies as per RTI that the 74 vacancies is expected to be announced for APFC while 156 vacancies will be for EO/AO posts.

UPSC EPFO Apply Online 2025

The candidates who completed their graduation in any relevant field from the recognized university must submit the form before the last date through their official UPSC website. The Registration dates will be released along with the UPSC EPFO Notification 2025. We advised the candidates to make all the relevant documents ready while filling the application form.

Steps to Apply Online for UPSC EPFO 2025

• Visit the official website: upsc.gov.in
• Find the link UPSC EPFO EO/AO and APFC, then click the option, “Apply Now”.
• Read all the instructions on the next page and agree with the declaration at the bottom of the page, “Yes, I Agree”.
• Fill all the required details: Name, age ,category, qualifications, etc.
• Finally, Agree with the declaration and submit the UPSC EPFO Application form.
• Then, Go to Part II of the application form and make the payment (if applicable), select the examination center and upload the Photograph and Sign, photo I-Card Document and Declaration, then submit.

UPSC APFC EO/AO Eligibility Criteria 2025

Let us know the Eligibility requirements for UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2025:

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen. Also, belong to of Nepal/Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee in India (since 1962), or an Indian origin person from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, or East African countries.
• Education Qualification: Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.

1. Desirable qualifications:

• An experience of two years in Administration/Accounts/Legal Matters in any government or private organization (listed)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Integrated Five-year Degree in Law
• Masters in Business Administration
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• Company Secretary
• Chartered Accountants
• Cost and Management Accountant Diploma in Company Law or Labour Laws or Public Administration.
• Age Limit: Candidates must not cross the age limit of 30 years for EO/AO posts and 35 years for APFC posts. However there is age relaxation as set by the government:

UPSC EPFO Selection Process 2025

The Selection Process for UPSC EPFO EO/AO and APFC posts is a two-stage recruitment process, where candidates have to go through a written examination followed by an interview. Any changes will be updated in the official UPSC EPFO EO/AO and APFC Notification 2025.

UPSC EPFO Exam Pattern 2025

The Union Public Service Commission has set the UPSC EPFO EO/AO & APFC exam pattern which has two phases.

• Phase 1 is an offline exam test with 120 Objective type questions which lasts 2 hours and of total 300 marks. Each question is of 2.5 marks, with a 1/3rd mark deducted for incorrect answers.
• Phase 2 is an interview which carries 100 marks.
• The minimum cut-off is 50 marks for General, 45 for OBC, and 40 for SC/ST/PH candidates.

UPSC EPFO Salary 2025

The pay scale of an EPFO Officer is at Level 8 as per the 7th pay commission, with a salary range of Rs 43600 to 55200. The pay scale becomes Rs 9300-34800. Under Pay Band 2, EO AO have an entry-level pay lies within a grade pay of Rs 4800 and for APSC the grade pay is 5400.

The Union Public Service Commission will release the UPSC EPFO result for both EO AO and APFC posts in the PDF format, candidates will able to check their roll numbers for the Prelims, and the shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview stage and the final merit list is based on the written exam(75%) and Interview(25%)
